I really want Gogeta since i wasn't playing dbl around the time his banner got released, and for ssbkk i WAS here for his banner and managed to get him up to 12 stars and id like to just max him out at that point (and yea im f2p so i got really lucky for ssbkk).

Back then they were huge money makers so toshi had to make sure that the zenkais were op to give people their moneys worth, but now that they are free they have no reason to make them too op so they are just giving the small buffs
