Playing RED BALL 4 with Tomato Ball and killing the BOSS in Volume 1 all levels played

Tomato Ball in Red Ball 4 can be unlocked by visiting the developer’s Facebook or Twitter page. If anyone can please tell me how you unlocked the Orange ball? I think the full loop in level 11 doesn’t quite work.
